Part 17 - China Catalogue (2006)

This is the first new edition of this catalogue for eight years and, subsequently, this has resulted in thousands of price changes, some of them very significant indeed. In addition to China itself, this catalogue lists the stamps of the Treaty Port municipal posts, the foreign post offices in China, Japanese occupation issues, the colonial issues of Hong Kong and Macao (as well as the stamps of the Chinese special regions), Taiwan and Tibet. Many new items have been added to the listings since the last edition in 1998 and, like all new Stanley Gibbons 'Foreign' catalogues, the vast majority of stamps are now illustrated in colour.
